SCIENTIFIC PAPERS - Two-Phases Review Process

All contributions need to be submitted on-line and uploaded via our conference management system (www.conftool.com/dsc2024/). Submissions must follow the formatting instructions of the template files provided in Guidelines for authors.

Submitted abstracts are assessed by external reviewers and/or members of the Scientific Committee. If accepted, authors are required to complete the submission with Full Paper (limited to 8 pages), Short Paper (limited to 4 pages) or Poster Abstract (limited to 2 pages).

Authors of accepted abstracts are required to submit Full Paper, Short Paper or Poster Abstract by April 15th 2024. Full and Short Papers as well as Paper Abstracts are peer-reviewed. Final acceptance is due by June 15th 2024.

For organizational reasons, only a limited number of finally accepted papers can be displayed as oral presentation. However, all accepted papers (either long or short) excluded from oral presentation will be included in the conference proceedings as well, and invited for poster presentation.

Authors of finally accepted papers are required to address the reviewers’ comments in the final version of the paper (camera-ready), to be submitted by July 15th 2024.

Authors of abstracts accepted for Poster presentation are also required to upload a revised and updated (camera-ready) Poster Abstract by July 15th 2024, to be included in the conference proceedings.
