To register for the DSC Europe 2024 Exhibition and/or apply for Sponsorship, please fill in the online registration form below. We will then send you a quotation based on the filled information and the final invoice after your validation.

Please note that a 20% deposit will be required to confirm your booking.

    Please note that one (1) attendee pass is already included in the booking of each physical exhibition booth, and that every participant to the event (Scientific Conference and/or Exhibition) needs to have one. All virtual exhibition spaces come with one (1) virtual attendee pass.

  • Industrial Pitch Package

  • Industrial pitches allow you to make a 5-minute pitch to promote your knowledge and products. The industrial pitch package combines marketing and branding before the event and exposure during the conference.

    Benefits include:

    • Industrial pitch: 5-minute company presentation as a speaker, on the second day of the conference (plenary session)
    • Attendee pass: Each pitch speaker will receive one (1) attendee pass
    • As an industrial pitch member your company’s name will appear in the conference program and on the DSC website

  • Price without VAT. The sponsor provides the organizer with the camera-ready advertisement.
  • Price without VAT. The sponsor provides material (e.g. booklets, flyers, postcards, pens, give-aways, etc.).

  • Industrial tutorials allocate a one hour slot on the first day of the conference to promote and showcase your company and products to the audience. The industrial tutorial package combines marketing and branding before the event and exposure during the conference.

    Benefits include:

    • Industrial tutorial: 1-hour company product tutorial on the first day of the conference.
    • Attendee pass: Each company tutorial will receive two (2) complementary attendee pass for the speakers.
    • As part of the industrial tutorial package, your company’s name will appear in the conference program (Guidebook) and on the DSC website.

  • The DSC Europe Conference organisation team proposes you a 2-pages story telling paper published on all online DSC Europe 2024 VR conference tools: conference website, DSC2024 online App (accessible by all participants during and after the event), online Guidebook, DSA social media. The 2-pages story telling paper – written by an accredited journalist, and based on an interview with you – will include all the relevant information on your company, product lines and major innovations you would like to share with the driving simulation & VR community.

  • Covid Cancellation Insurance​

    Please note that this year, we propose a Covid Cancellation Insurance to purchase for 8,5% of your booking during registration. You will be able to cancel your booth free of charge until one week before the event.

  • Booking terms & conditions​

    Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

    After validating this registration form, you will be issued a quotation within a few days. After your validation of this quotation, you will be issued the final invoice. The reservation is confirmed after payment of a 20% deposit (or full payment).

    Payment term is 30 days and has to be done by credit card or by bank wire transfer.

    Exhibitors are responsible for the delivery, set-up, maintenance, dismantling, insurance and security of their own exhibition stand at the conference. Exhibitors are also responsible for ensuring the arrival of any materials sent by courier or mail.

  • Cancellation Policy

    • If you wish to cancel your booking before July 31st 2024, there will be a 50% refund.
    • If you wish to cancel your booking after July 31st 2024, there will be no refund.
